Besides being competent engineers, most of our team are also avid seafarers, so we are naturally keen to apply the exacting engineering standards that we have learned in the offshore energy industry to the leisure craft sector.
Through our partnership with Tony Castro, we have a close connection with one of the world’s top designers of leisure boats of all sizes, including superyachts over 100 metres. Our team has experience in the design and assessment of structural arrangements for displacement and planing vessels, whether metal or composite, according to ISO 12215 classification and build standards. We can also provide naval architecture services for such boats including weight estimates, hydrostatics and stability, resistance and fuel consumption estimates.
Most of our services are applicable to leisure craft, with naval engineering and Structural Engineering being the core of our offering to this industry sector. Together with our Group partner companies can also provide bespoke docking, lifting and maintenance assessments and equipment for Leisure craft owners and maintenance yards.
In parallel, our marine digital content service helps our clients to showcase their new vessels to their target clients, sometimes long before they are built, reducing the lead time between the conclusion of a design and the beginning of orders.
